Were pretty excited to share this tutorial, because its so fundamental to what we teach here at GMB. The hollow body hold is not just an abs exercise, and its certainly not just for gymnasts. Its a hold that will help you improve your form and control in most bodyweight exercises. Of course, the handstand is one of our favorite ways to apply the hollow body position, but its applicable to so much more, and will greatly improve your overall strength. It aint easy, but its super useful, you dont need a lot of space to practice it, and youll see great results if you keep at it.
