Were you BORN IN P.A? Urgent!! Pennsylvania natives!! - if you’d like your “long form” birth cert- the time to order is now- JUNE -as requests postmarked after Monday 6/30 require TWICE the fee. ($20 vs $10) FYI- P.A. basically has someone read your birth certificate and they type just the info you ask for specifically OR based on what you need it for- into a computer to print out on a new cert. Wish I knew what I’m telling you now a few weeks ago so I didn’t have to pay for my fourth b/c ever! I just ordered a cert requesting all the info from it as it’s needed to get dual citizenship/ prove birthright. A couple weeks ago I ordered my Birth cert that just had my parents names on it in order to get a passport. (new rule in recent years).
