Westpac Bank, RIP OFF BANKERS. how dare I try to claim on insurance! well thier responce cancel the policy and NOT pay claim. you made a mistake by sending me a letter saying my policy was cancelled way back in 2008.. when in fact you cancelled it 9 May 2013... lets see what the Ombudsmen say about this, I have an appointment with a lawyer on thursday to see how much I can hassle them and yes, I will see if the media want to run the story if WESTPAC cant come up with a suitable outcome in my favour... let the battle begin, and i hope the little fellow wins... :)
