Weve just completed running a 10-week program at the Hume Valley School, in partnership with The Push Inc running the Embodied Voice program for a group of young women which includes singing/song-writing, movement, breath awareness techniques, and discussions on relevant topics such as positive body-image, non-bullying, self-love and self-care, sisterhood and healthy expression of emotions, feeling , dreams and aspirations. “ It made me feel more confident and now I feel more confident to talk to people.” -Kaitlin “ When I feel stress, I know what to do and how to make myself relax. -Katrina “ I feel really proud of myself and I feel like I can do anything” – Tilly Such an amazing journey of taking our programs to more and more school across Victoria and looking forward to support more young people in discovering their passions, their talents, their voice and their innate awesomeness!!
