We’re here today to provide some clarification regarding the megabus arrival/departure location in St. Paul, MN at Union Depot. There are three different locations where megabus passengers can be safely dropped off and picked up. The bus platform where megabus loads/unloads passengers is not one of these locations. Metro Transit and City of St. Paul will begin ticketing private vehicles dropping off/picking up passengers on the bus platform. These three primary drop off/pick up zones do not require payment for parking. More information on parking can be found by clicking here: bit.ly/1mN7yDl. 1. The Kellogg Blvd, E drop off/pick up zone is denoted by a curb cut on Kellogg Blvd, E. It is away from flow of traffic and near the ticketing entrance. 2. The Parking Ramp drop off/pick up zone in the parking ramp is accessed at the Kellogg Blvd, E & Broadway St intersection. After passing through the intersection, vehicles entering Union Depot property should immediately turn right into the parking ramp. The entrance to the free drop off/pick up zone is to the right and marked by signs. The paid parking is straight ahead and is marked a drop-arm barrier. 3. The Carriageway drop-off/pick-up zone is accessible from Sibley St (one-way, north) by turning right into the carriageway (tunnel) between Kellogg Blvd and 4th Street. As a reminder, passengers are encouraged to wait for buses at Gate A inside Union Depot and wait for the announcement before heading down to the bus platform.
