What I foresee happening...& mind you, this is just my opinion. The residents in the city of Corsicana will stop reporting animal bites because they dont want their pets euthanized or fear they cant afford the $100,000 liability insurance. The residents will not seek medical attention because they wont want the bite reported. Proper rabies quarantine procedures will not happen because the bites wont be reported. God forbid, but this is setting us up for a rabies related death...in my opinion. Yall think about that.
