What I saw in the ITV programme Dangerous Dogs was more dangerous and bad owners. Dogs are what people make them, what chance do the dogs stand with people like that in charge of them? Any breed of dog can be made aggressive if not treated right. All of the owners of the dangerous dogs were totally irresponsible and neglectful in their treatment towards the dogs at best. Even then most of the dogs werent truly aggressive, just completely terrified and understandably distrustful of humans. Laws need to target irresponsible owners, not condemn, stereotype, and blame entire breeds. Never taken out, never walked hardly handled for the first 14 months of his life. He arrived with us scared to death, he couldnt even look at you. As I went to get him out his cage I was stopped and handed a muzzle cos he bites. .He was only ever muzzed once in the two years in our care...on the way into the vets for the first time.He came out without his muzzle on. From scared to wonderful and all without the aid of a grasper, screaming or shouting. We used kindness and patience. Ohhhhhh its magic! -Allie Green
