What Is Sin ... Sin; A act against God, The deceiving of ones self... The embracing of the spirit of rebellion.. Blind to the self imposed destruction of ones Soul.. The mentality of self interest.. Spiritually sin Death, Separation from God.. Gen 3:6.. The first temptation recorded in the Bible, Focused on the issue of dependency verse autonomy, he sought to persuade Eve that God could not be trusted; because God did not have her best interest at heart.. and she took the matter of life into her own hands.. Sin then becomes a issue of the heart, do we follow, or do we lead... Sin Ultimately becomes the question of who is God in our life.. Our will, or His will.. Sin now becomes the simples of all question.. Sin then isnt a act, but expression of the heart,, a state of mind determined to establish ones own domain.. Sin then becomes the activating force that dominates our life.. Jesus in speaking to Nicodemus [ John 3:3-6 ].. Except a man be born again He cannot see the Kingdom of God.. The ungodly rage and long to set in heavenly places.. But will never be.. cant be a sinner and saved at the same time.. we are being deceived,, There is a Heaven to gain and a hell to shun.. there is Christ to love and devil to despite.. I will either walk on the street of gold, or I will be caste in the pits of hell to be burned for ever.. the choice is mine..
