What a Glorious Hope: Dont be deceived - Our best life is yet to Come! A New Heaven and New Earth awaits us.. And not only they [the whole creation], but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves [not in distress but with eager, patient, expectation and hope], waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. (Romans 8:23). And creation will also be redeemed from under that curse of mans sin. The lion will eat grass, and the terrible destruction among animals will cease - they will no longer tear each other apart nor will the plants and vegetation decay and putrify. What a glorious world this will be to live in - perfect, the way God originally created it for us. A Paradise. THEREFORE - these present trials and tribulations that we face cannot in any way be compared with the weight of the glory that is to be revealed in us as sons. If your church is promising you your best life now through properity or word of faith name it and claim it teaching they are lying to you and destroying your hope. The Christians best life is yet to come and God perfects us through correction and suffering. It is to be expected and rejoiced in. Take heart, rejoice and be exceedingly glad. Comfort one another with these words.... And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together Rom 8:17 Isaiah 11: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins. 6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. 10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious. Isaiah 65: 17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. 21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them. And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. 25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpents meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.
