What a beautiful day in Phoenix. I left for a 8 mile run, but 10 sounded better. Before, I realized my mileage, I was at 12 and decided to keep going to half marathon distance. I was still a ways from home, so I kept going and finished at 15 miles!! I explored around, came across 3 parks, 2 ponds & 1 high school track. I ran a half mile at the track because I knew it would be fun & it brought back memories of h.s. track meets! 😁 My run wasnt easy though, I was extremely tired and my toe was cramping at the end. I wasnt sure of my limits but I tested them today and I got further than I set out for...took it one step at a time, one breath at a time. Enjoy your days HANs...do something courageous and be wonderful! 💜😊🙌 85 miles left for August Beauty & the Beasts 100 Miles! 😎
