What a couple of days! Thanks to Bank of NH and the Corporators for a tremendous evening and a well received presentation at Church Landing in Meredith last night. AN exceptional bit of praise for Autumn who was an A+ performer all day - excellent work and excellent settling for the talk. Today I had a solid early run with the ever dependable Matt as my Guide, my first ever Yoga class (exceptional! - thanks Greg and Karen) and then a trip to Pets Choice whee Autumn, Rick and I picked up her Wellness Core Large Breed Food. THey sponsor her with their top quality food and the results in her fur and health have been noticed by everyone! A little lunch out, thanks Rick!, and then finally to the hospital to meet with the Medical team and help bring Mom to her home where she may resume her independent living. She was very enthused and is as happy as Ive seen her in years strangely. Home to Pack for a mountain hike and prepare for my Sunday long 19 mile run before Patriots football and then a Peak Potential Meeting. It certainly isnt boring! Did I mention I was able to see cousins from the South (Hey Linda and no I dont want to play Candy Crush Saga!). How about a rumor of a cool message from friends we have lost for far too long as they prepare to reach the beach (Hello Robert and Jennifer!)
