What a day! Had a ball looking after 27 great kids today! We played games, did crafts and watched Rio (complete with Popcorn)... All in the comfort of our PJs and Onesies! Many thanks for everyone who helped make this possible :) I spent this evening with a family whose loved one ended a painful journey with their illness earlier today before returning to the church and a packed hall for our Quiz Night, where I handed out the winning trophy and wooden spoon! Oh, and I voted! Tomorrow almost half of Scotland will wake up to disappointment if their desire for independence or union is not shared by the majority. For this reason, our Sanctuary and Quiet Room will be open to all who wish a place to be still, to reflect or to simply get some space. All are welcome...
