What a day!! We easily passed out 200 puppy mill brochures :) so many new people heard the message and want to be a part of our team! Here are a few highlights of the day. 1. Meeting young Jetta and watching her love for animals shine through her eyes! 2. Meeting the parents of puppy mill survivors, hearing their stories and crying with them. It is a reminder of why we fight so hard for these dogs. 3. The curiosity and excitement that the crowd felt upon hearing about Dog By Dog, the upcoming documentary that WILL change the world for mill dogs every where. 4. Several people learned the truth about the Pet store / puppy mill connection and were horrified. It is always good to see, but disheartening. In this day and age we want EVERYONE to know about the connection. But we are getting there, one person at a time. Thanks to everyone that supported us today (and everyday!) Our booth was crazy busy nonstop and it is because of YOU! We will announce the winner of the drawing soon!
