What a day to start my week I was involve in a car accident this morning northbound on lakeshore drive. This lady hit the curb from the right lane went all way hit the median bounce off to the left lane where I was. Luckily Nanay(Linda) my daughter Mikaela and I are all ok. The lady claims she had a headache so she went to the hospital. I got her all her info and found out that her insurance is expired June WOW how could you not have insurance and drive!!! Now my insurance have to pay for the damage of my car. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY IF SHES AT FAULT? Peeps should not drive if they cant afford insurance.
