What a dope...between this and the Denver PD last week leaving the dog to die on the pavement for 90 minutes Im sure losing a lot of faith in some peace officers. I think maybe more needs to be done to educate the officers to have compassion where an animal is in distress, which the Denver PD did not and citizens were begging to come assist the dog, and 2 they need to be taught about behavior a little more..just because the dog is barking at you doesnt mean its going to attack ..for example a dog barking at you but wagging its tail which after watching this dog in the video was probably more the case!
