What a few of team Platinum say If you want to change your life join Platinum, I did and have never looked back Joining the Platinum training team has made such a difference to my life, I am not only physically fitter but after battling post natal depression for a long time I thought I would never regain my self esteem but now I am a totally different person. The personal training sessions and class sessions have made such a positive impact on my well being that I cant imagine being without them now. I am no longer on my medication and growing in confidence every day. Not to mention that I am down a few dress sizes already . All the members and staff have made me feel so welcome and I actually feel we are all part of a family. Its the one thing Ive done for myself in recent years and its the best thing I could have done.
