What a grand morning my morning meditation reading and journaling is complete. My dogs and I are just hanging today. Time for our first walk of the day and then some house work Generally I hate to clean, but if you tackle a project while being Mindful then it is just alright! I am back to cleaning my spa office because generally I do a better job and now I am beg to enjoy doing it and I no longer consider it to be work. On a funny aside, yesterday I received my vendor s package for Michfest and then last years Helper called. Funny how things work out. Again lots of massage openings for next week . Still offering the winter deal of three massages for $120.00 which means that the third massage is free! What a bargain! Bazinga!
