What a great night Guardians Best Rescuer of the Year event!! We were awarded with a $1000 (yes you read that right!!) grant! This will help immensely with our dogs that require more extensive vetting like Ranger and Ruffy! We also took the opportunity to honor some special volunteers tonight! Eric Vaillancourt was given an award for being our Unsung Hero! Most of you know Eric and all the work he puts in and never hesitates to help us in any he can. We love Eric and this was just a small way to acknowledge all he does for CAA- he IS CAA. We also honored our youngest rescuer, Emma Duncan. She comes to all out events and helps with fosters and you probably have seen all her pics on our wall with the pups! It is so important to get the young ones involved. They are the future of rescue! Thank you to all our volunteers and supporters, if it wasnt for you this would not have been possible. Quelle belle soirée à lévénement Guardians Best Rescuer of the Year!! Nous avons reçu une bourse de 1000$. Celle-ci nous aidera immensément avec nos chiens qui ont besoin de soins avancés comme Ranger et Ruffy! Nous avons aussi pris cette opportunité pour honorer certains de nos bénévoles! Eric Vaillancourt a reçu un prix pour le héros dans lombre!! Eric travaille très fort pour nous aider et nhésite jamais dès quil le peut. Nous ladorons tous pour tout ce quil fait!! Nous avons aussi honoré Emma Duncan, notre plus jeune rescuer!! Elle vient à chacun de nos événements, est famille dacueil et nous aide dans tous les aspects de notre rescue. Cest si important que les jeunes simpliquent, ils sont le futur du rescue!!! Merci à tous nos bénévoles et tous nos supporteur. Sans vous, rien de cela naurait été possible!!!
