What a great rest day. Slept in, then drove out to a friends farm in the country. Visited them for a while, did a bit of work in his wood shop to adjust a door to fit the new frame, then came back to town. Purchased some drywall screws (hence eliminating that as an excuse to not do the porch) and just relaxing prior to bedtime for the kids. After that? Maybe a documentary on Netflix? A movie? An early bedtime? No work tomorrow as it is the Sabbath. Church in the morning, then lunch with the family. After that? Traditionally I like having a Sunday afternoon nap but maybe well just play basketball with the kids. Or go to the park and toss a football back and forth. Or build something for fun. Who know? Either way we do no work tomorrow. 2 days in a row and I could get used to this. Come on, people, keep us busy!
