What a great weekend swimmers!! That was one of the most fun and exciting meets I’ve ever been to. A lot of hard work was put in this fall and H2A swimmers put it on display with some outstanding swims last weekend!! There are so many things I could point out that I’d be writing for hours but here are just some of each swimmers personal highlights! Senior Tori Gill, Sarah Reamy, Chloe Corbitt and Lilla Felix made the USA and NCSA Junior National Cut in the 800 Freestyle Relay (aggregate) Elliot Gayken, James Hammond, Noah Corbitt and Tristan Cummings made the NCSA Junior National Cut in the 800 Freestyle (aggregate)! The first Boys Jr National Relay cut in our teams history! Sarah Reamy won the 1650 Free with a new NCSA Jr Cut by 10 seconds and USA Swimming Junior Bonus Cut!! She also had top finishes in the 500 free, 200 free and made her Senior Sectional Cut in the 100 Butterfly! Noah Corbitt made his first NCSA Jr National cuts in the 200 free and the 500 free!! He broke team records in the 50, 100, 200, 500 free and the 200IM (new Senior Sectional cut)! Chloe Corbitt made her first NCSA Junior National cut and USA Jr National Bonus Cut in the in the 200 Free and her USA Swimming Jr National Bonus cut in the 100 fly. She won every event she swam and set new team records in the 100 free 200 Free, 100 fly and 200 fly as well as Senior Sectional cuts in the 200 IM 200 Fly and 500 Free! Clayton North got his Senior Sectional cut in the 400IM and set a new team record. He also had several best times qualified for finals in ALL of his events! Ryan Naddy made his first Senior Sectional cut in the 100 Breast and had several personal bests and finals in multiple events! Tori Gill had multiple best time and finaled in everything she swam with top finished and a new senior Sectional time in the 200IM! Elliot Gayken made his senior sectional cut in the 50 freestyle and finaled in everything he swam! Will McLoud had multiple personal bests in the 50 Free and 100 Breast Stroke and finaled in multiple events! Lilla Felix had several top finishes, including winning the 200 Back Stroke and a best time in the 200IM. She never placed higher than 2nd in ALL of her events! Lily Kerr had multiple best times in the and finishes and finaled in multiple events with top finishes in the distance events! Ise Brockmann made her first Senior Sectional cut in the 200 Backstroke with multiple best times and was a multiple finals qualifier! James Hammond had several top finishes, multiple personal bests and set a new team record in the 200 Butterfly and 100 Backstroke! Sam Meighan had multiple personal bests and qualified for finals in almost all of his events! Tristan Cummings had multiple best times, finaled in everything he swam and set a new team record in the 100 backstroke! Kevin Geist had several top finishes and multiple personal bests. He made new Age Group Sectional Cut in the 200 Butterfly! Karah Kurtz made multiple finals and had personal bests in the 50 free, 100 Butterfly and 200IM! Ellen Vanagel had four personal bests in the 200 Free, 200 Butterfly 100 free and 200 IM! Gold Bryson Cummings had personal best in the 50 Free, 100 Free, and 200 Back where he finaled! Meghan Vigh had ALL personal best times and finaled for the first time in the 200 Back Stroke! Lily Gallagher had several best times and finaled for the first time in the 50 Free and 100 Breast Stroke! Katie Allen had multiple personal best in the 100 breast, 200 Free, and 50 Free. She finaled in the 100 breast winning the bonus heat by over 2 seconds! Gian Franco Esteves coming off a week of being sick had multiple personal best in the 50 Free and the 100Free! Alyssa Hayward had multiple personal best times in the 50,100,200 Free and 100 Backstroke! Silver Lilly Allen had at tremendous meet with personal best in ALL of her events including a 20 second drop in her 100 Backstroke!! Julia Esteves on her first team travel meet had solid swims and a personal best and finaled for the first time in the 50 free! Cameron Matousek had great swims and Personal bests in ALL of His events and won the best dressed award for the van ride home! Nicklas Kronlien Personal best in nearly all his events he also finaled and won the 50 Butterfly and 100 IM! Tommy Hughson had multiple best times and won the 200 Free, 100 Backstroke and 200 IM! A Big Congratulations!! Way to Go Swimmers!!
