What a nightmare... my son is trying to get to Berlin for his study abroad but unfortunately missed his flight. We are getting no where with trying to get him on another flight evidently ones they take your money they have no obligation to help. FYI dont ever book though Expedia Hotels and Flights !!! they are not helpful at all and United Airlines feel they have no obligation to their passengers unless booked directly through them. Now my son is stranded in Chicago. So frustrated!!
