What a tool. Nascar drivers are athletes. Sorry to tell all of you nascar haters. You sit in a car, 90 degree weather outside, even hotter in the car. 3 and a half hours of racing, foot to the floor board the whole race. Steering the car at 200 mph into a corner. The mental toughness it takes to stay in the race and not screw up. Every tenth of a second counts in our sport. Im just fed up with everybody calling nascar not a sport or nascar drivers arent athletic. And even the pit crew is athletic. Have you ever picked up a tire? Carried a gas can? Ran with a tire in one hand? Hmmm. Yeah. And I bet Jimmie Johnson could out bench all of my friends on Facebook. So before you hate on my sport and my Nascar Family. Think again. I know almost none of you care about my opinion. So why should I have to sit and listen to yours?
