What a way to close out 2014!!! Deep Magic won the Escapists Best RPG Supplement of 2014!!! Ive had a long love-affair with Edward Bulwer-Lyttons mystical psychic energy known as vril, which he first unveiled in his 1871 occult novel, The Coming Race. For Deep Magic, I provided authored exhaustive rules and systems for vril for the Pathfinder RPG, so that GMs and players alike could finally use the raw magical energy at their game table. And as you all know, my roots as an author--and my black heart--are deeply entwined with my mentor Wolfgang Baur and Kobold Press, and Im proud to have contributed to this tome along with him and a laundry list of famous designers to make this awesome project a success.
