What a wonderful visit Laura and I had with all of the Schomiischs, Daults and Millers this past weekend. My head is spinning trying to remember all of the names. Somebody needs to draw me a family tree sometime. Ron and Margaret have left an incredible legacy behind. Seeing all the children, of all ages and all generations was quite incredible. Not to mention all of the love in all of the beautiful faces (some more beautiful than others) as everyone visited and shared. Each family has had its own stories, its own challenges, successes, tragedies and blessings. The memories always flood back to me whenever I go to Michigan. Memories of the farm, the well, the summer visits back and forth across the West Virginia turnpike. Ron, Lefty, Howard, June, Margaret, Virginia, Estelle. Oh the stories I could (and may) tell. Love to all you guys (translated yall in Virginia and NC)
