What about Classical Greek, Latin and German? I spent time doing those. And a little Farsi and Hebrew and a zillion years of classical and ragtime piano. I do NOT know how to defend myself adequately against this monster called planet earth full of fools. I still say my moms advice is best. Just block it out. Block it out. Find a way to block it out. Dont get sucked into that fight. Dont rise to the occasion to get involved in the battles of fools. Just block it out and fight for your own excellence all by yourself, fighting against yourself to always better yourself in your own eyes, obeying your own inner Nazi, and live for yourself. And yes, at some point or other, like compartmentalize it all. Do your music, your Arabic. Then go out have some fun with people. Get a job. Exercise? HAH. Just dont eat like a pig.
