( like Julius Berger, Dantata & sowe, Setraco e.t.c) that convey their Nigerian workers with Container trailers whiles their Foreign counterpart are entitle to a new Gulf cars, pick-up with drivers and good accommodation. Fast Food Restaurants equally,choose indigenous Food vendor to cook and supply lunch to their caterers/workers instead of feeding from their products. Whereas their foreign co-workers have access to their products as right. Commercial Banks prefer using Casual staff who will never be entitled to medical allowance, gratuity and other fringe benefits only to be declaring High annual Profit to their Shareholders at the detriment of several workers and their caring family.How can casual worker who is living from hand to mouth have resources to train his/her children to become a graduates...? Modernized slave trade abounds. Indeed, Coded Slave Trade (CST) is now becoming norm and very rampant in Nigeria but the custodian of rules guiding Labour and its practice sees their privileged position as a major means to acquire sweat-less wealth.
