What an adventure, the ride home in the super van with seats like a school bus for wheel chairs, and we two the only passengers, the windows were clean and provided a panorama of scenic rolling hills ripe with golden harvest corn and beans. There were the beginning rows of pickers, machines parked in fields for a bumper crop, but most enjoyable the sun, puffed cotton clouds and clear periwinkle blue sky almost as wide open as S.D. We sat at the table with Harry Brink, friend through U.U. who said a mutual friend, Shirley Smith, is here and is l04 years now. I hope she can remember me.
