What an event. 5k ppl showed up n most just wanted a glimpse of gordon ramsay who was visibly nervous off camera. He was dead serious abt the whole thg n totally nervous. Dj glenn ong asked who they like n the cheers wnt to ramsay..but when asked which food they prefer..it went to the local hawkers. Thing to note..it was really the local hwkrs vs neo catering srvs. Gordon n his chef just adjust thier standard recipes. He tweaked his chili crab recipe (more rempah) midway n the tides turned fr him. It was like a heartand cze cha version..sourish,rich n v spicy. Loved it. Bravo singtel fr doin this just becos.. They started this makan fire n must keep it warm.
