What an interesting day today. Some time ago I refused to concede liability in following a road accident. Even my insurance company wanted to settle and agree split liability. But if you do that you pay for years in higher insurance premiums. So it went to court - barristers, judge, 4 hours of testimony and x-examination. I was accused of causing personal injury and substantial damage. The good is that my opponent was a moron who as well as being a terrible driver wasnt much use as a witness either. CASE DISMISSED!!! and costs awarded in my favour.
