What an out rage !! I am very ashamed of our justice system here in flathead valley !!! A man can beat , rape and brake his wifes back , run from the police , no time served , he can shoot at his neighbor , spend no time in jail until he makes a plea bargain of 10 yrs 5 suspended , 6 months on a ankle monitoring system , while waiting for paper work on the monitoring system to come back from Helena he was put in count jail for 3 days ! While in county jail for less then 24 hrs he allegedly, makes a deal , not once but several times , with his cell mate to kill this ex wife and the FC crimes victims advocate ( the cell mate turned him in and agreed to wear a tap ) they did recorded him making the deal ! When it came out in the news paper a person from the community came forward and said that the man tried to hire him to kill his ex wife in November ! So lets brake it down : Yrs of domestic violence ( broken back , several calls to police , no jail time , wife finally brakes away , divorces him , gains custody of children , man shoots at neighbor ( another violent act) , btw the children where present ) , plea bargain , in jail tries to hire someone to kill ex wife , wittiness and another persons comes forward also!! Got it so far? Today this man was may get out of jail !!! County attorney is deciding to drop charges !!!! There is evidence !! There are witnesses ! There is 10 yrs of documented violence !!!! Do you think this is right???
