(3) Enhancing the social safety net thru reform of the national insurance payments and benefits scheme. (4) Enhancement of the healthcare system in constructing the critical care block of the Princess Margaret Hospital and the modernization of the emergency and intensive care facilities of the Rand Memorial Hospital. (5) The enhancement of the infrastructure of New Providence thru the substantial upgrades of the road network, the water mains, the non-revenue water reduction program, upgrade to the airport, dredging of the harbor and clean-up of the island of New Providence. (6) The modernization of the Police Force and salary increases of police officers. (7) The provision of medical insurance coverage to police officers, doctors, nurses and teachers. (8) The establishment of a 24/7 e-government, enabling citizens to transact with their government over the Internet. (10) Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, which boasts of being the largest private employer in The Bahamas. The Freeport Conatiner Port, Polymers Int., Bradford Marine, the expansion of Bahama Rock, Grand Bahama Shipyard, the successful sale of BORCO, Grand Lucyan Resort,ect. Signing the supplemental Heads of Agreement with Bah Mar to develop a $2.6 billion mixed use resort on Cable Beach. (11) Making a concerted effort to end state sanctioned political victimization.
