What are the odds of this? Get ready for goose bumps....at an annual Halloween gathering in Inman Park, a neighborhood Jay Izso and I built a 2001 Parade home in but, move from 5 years ago, leaving behind what we have always said; our two best neighbors: Bill Ayers and Kathryn Barnhill Ayers. Our dogs played together and Mary Kate has always been my princess. Catching up last night at Robin Kubinak Driskill amazing Halloween extravaganza, I shared with Bill that I bought a beach condo. He said: I saw on Facebook you were at the beach looking at property and thought about texting you to take a look at Waterview. OMG They bought there 2 years ago and I bought the condo next door to him 2 weeks ago! We can talk to each other from our balconies and almost pass sugar too!!! I knew that place was perfect the moment I road that elevator to the top floor and saw the view and kitchen for Jay. I bought it and Jay has still not seen it. Just one of those normal days in life...I was looking at real estate (my love) and Jay was at a football game (his love) I text him: I found a condo I am going to buy. His text: OK. We close in a couple of weeks and I have been very excited and thought my desire to purchase was because of my grief of losing Katie and wanting a change of scenery which seemed sort of silly. I rationalized it with we will rent it out in season and make it a good investment. Just like God, it was so much bigger than that. PS. We just got new great neighbors at our new house too. Your son Will, and little Will Ayres and Mary Kate are going to have so much fun together. Kids with same name, dogs that played together from pup and great neighbors uniting. Wow this is no accident. Of all the beaches in the world I could have bought, I buy next door to people we miss greatly who each still have one dog that knows each other from the fence and yards they shared together. This is the longest post I have written in my entire life. Thanks for indulging my excitement
