What better thing to do on a cold rainy November morning than go watch a sale at the local sale barn. The Central Livestock Association has a branch and sale barn located in West Fargo just down the road from campus. The sale barn is fairly large compared to most that ive seen. As you walk across the muddy wet parking lot you hit the front doors and are greeted by smiling faces and a warm room. It was interesting to watch a sale here from the front as for most im usually in the back moving stock around. The sale ran smoothly with very few hiccups other than the occasional old cattleman hard of hearing. Everyone there seemed to know exactly what they wanted and they werent bidding unless thats what they saw. Overall it was a good experience and id recommend it to anyone!
