What do u think? How should the marital wealth be divided? Should it 50-50 or should it depend on an individual contribution? I think it be divided based on an individual contribution. After all women don`t do much these days, we employe house helps for even house wives. Besides this issue of 50-50 has greatly contributed to the recent marriage break ups. I also think they omitted the section that should state any women who kills her husband or attempts to do so should not get any share of their marital wealth.
