What do you think would happen if you consistently did the following 5 things in your life every day... 1) Drank 3 liters of water 2) Slept for 7.5 quality hours 3) Ate at least 3 servings of veggies and 2 serves of fruit 4) Did an exercise activity you love (biking, walking, playing with your kids, etc) 5) Made sure you had one good solid laugh every day Imagine ignoring everything else and just added these 5 simple habits into your life. What do you think would happen? Would you be able to stick out your New Years resolution?? I mean really... stop for a second and think about it. Ill tell you what would happen... within a week, you would feel amazing with renewed energy. Within a month, you would be more motivated and in tune with your body while CRAVING to exercise consistently.
