What does being an Independent Ambassador with Plexus Worldwide really mean?? When you join Plexus you are your very OWN boss. You have no one to tell you that you need to do anything. Everyone just helps others by providing information that you can use, either by telling what we should never do or things that we should be doing to be a success. When you sign your very first ambassador it is then YOUR responsibility to help that person be all they can be in this wonderful company. When questions come up that you do not know the answer to then you must then take action to find out that answer by either going into your back office or to a training page to find the answer. If you can not find the answer then ask for help. Never get upset when your post are not answered right off the bat. Between customers, potential customers, first line ambassadors and potential ambassadors, not to mention Family and maybe even a 9-5 job, sometimes we just cant get to questions as soon as they are asked. We must ALL realize that WE must take ownership of our own business after all it is business. Never take it personal when things dont go as we FEEL they should. As leaders I believe that no one in their right mind would EVER , EVER do anything to hurt our downline, after all our downline plays a BIG part in our own success. Everything that our leaders do they do to better themselves AND others as well.
