What good is medicine if it’s not taken? Even the most potent medicine will do you no good until you pick it up, open it up and drink it yourself. Whatever is going on in your life, God our Great Physician has already prescribed a remedy for it. Whatever you need, be it physical wellness, spiritual wellness, relational wellness, financial wellness, or emotional wellness, you’ll find it in God’s Holy Word. The Bible is the all-time cure-all remedy for any human condition. There is immunity, healing and restoration in the pages of the Holy Book. It is food to the hungry soul and strength to the fainting heart. Take it at least three times a day or as often as you desire without measure. You can’t overdose it and it doesn’t expire. Side effects may include peace of mind, contentment, unspeakable joy and hopefulness. “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4. Open it, receive it and live!
