What happened inside CA is really shocking, painful and unfortunate. But who should take the responsibility ? Is it all over? Should we accept that we are not capable to institutionalize the gains of various mass uprisings and right movements. There is no alternative to consensus, persuasions, negotiations and faith and confidence building with better understanding. Let us recall the moment of tragic end of last CA. The whole nation was stunned but kept mum. The leader of biggest party , Pushpa kamal Dahal was blamed for this failure. As there was no consensus,the new constitution was not adopted. Now its prime responsibility of Nepali congress t go all out for consensus. They should not forget that it was master mind and vision of Late Girija babu, president and leader of Nepali congress, who initited the peace building process in the country. Do not forget the reinstatement of then Pratinidhi sabha was out of the book but was accepted by all as t was taken honest move for restoration of normalcy and forward step in nation building. The present leadership of NC should come forward to accept and leads this forward journey. Nepal, as a country , is at a crucial juncture with uncertain possibilities, apprehension and lack of maneuverability , patience and political/diplomatic skill and flexibility, so essential for a forward journey in difficult circumstances. We are in a process of post conflict restructuring complex process, replacing a 250 years old unitary system with federal structure. But the leaders at the helm of affairs are behaving in a bizarre way, taking the issues so lightly . They have failed miserably to cope the situation and to raise there level and capabilities to meet the challenge and to come out with amicable solution with far reaching positive result. They are in a dangerous game with sharp tongue ,willing just to appease and get applaud from their lobbies and limited section of a certain community , not caring for the whole nation. This tunnel vision and atmosphere being created may lead to the situation of lost opportunities and pushing the country in the era of darkness and miserably failed status. The prevailing sadistic attitude is so painful and unfortunate.Let us hope the leaders will behave differently in CA and Pratinidhi sabha. POst conflict CA should be a place to meet hearts and minds.
