What happened to every little helps at Tesco: I am on my own and fill conveyor with my shopping... The conveyor is full yet the trolley is still half full. Cashier can quite clearly see that I cant pack and load at the same time and asks the dumb question on would you like any help packing I reply No... She then gets in an arse at the end because all the shopping is stacked up and She has to wait while I bag it. What ever happened to common customer service of every little helps scan and pack you lazy shit. Yes I declined the help but no need to be so miserable about it at the end. Any other supermarket I go to, always scan and pack or help me pack at the end. Tesco - the reason your profits are falling is due to poor management, poor staff training, poor customer service! Not just because your condoms may be 1p more expensive than Morrisons, or your value beer 2p more (not to mention Hovis bread which is a whopping 35% more in comparrison)
