What happened to good old fashion hard work and honesty? When u got to the top, not by stepping on those smaller n weaker than you, but by working tirelessly n persevering...remember when you job was like a family n your bosses cared about their employees n their customers n the environment... Now no one cares about anyone, bosses, customers, or crew! I wanna make a profit but not by hurting or exploiting just because I can! Just because I can pay someone nothing to do a shitty job they hate because its cheaper n more cost effective doesnt mean its a good replacement for someone who gets paid a Lil more, likes their job and makes customers happy... I for one am tired of being treated like a robot instead of a live person by fellow workers or customers... remember were all people so treat others with a little respect n courtesy whether your ordering food or hiring or just in your daily routine of things...its called human interaction...you could at least smile n pause your dumb self involved conversation...
