What happened to the rain? The Windhoek skyline is clear blue; no single cloud in sight! Ive read that Namibia will have above average late rains but only from 15 March but didnt believed it then! I believe Windhoek must first be soaked with rain before the condensed troposphere send showers down South. So Uno Kameeta patience pays! Pray for the City of Windhoek first and rain will come to the South!
