What happens when you take Robocop and mix it with The Terminator, you get the 1987 cult sci-fi action movie R.O.T.O.R.. In the right hands, this film could have been an action packed, low budget cult movie which borrows from the two elements and creates a fun hybrid with that quirky B-movie charm. Instead, the movie is so badly made, so poorly directed, so bizarre in its execution that one has to wonder if this movie was meant to be taken serious or if its a comedy spoofing the cyborg genre. Full of bad acting, terrible dialogue, awkward direction and terrible action scenes, R.O.T.O.R. is a disaster of epic proportions.
