What have YOU done in the past week? If you were on the Quarterdeck, you did a LOT of cool and challenging things: Kandahar Workout on Monday, M-16 on Tuesday, Lucky 13s on Wednesday, PFT on Thursday, and the The Boot Camp Standard on Friday! Full body workouts challenging every muscle group and addressing ALL 5 aspects of fitness! AND ... some of you ran the Navy Nautical 10 Miler today! THATS OUTSTANDING! Well done, Buffalo Runners! If you ran it, sound off! Please post your pics below AND be sure to wear your medals tomorrow! I have to admit, those are pretty spiffy looking medals ... and I dont have one! Weather permitting ... tomorrows workout would make Jack proud!
