What if I told you it only takes 30 minutes a day? Would you be able to commit or recommit to your health and fitness goals? Most people think it takes a few hours to work out every single day, but it doesnt! I have only worked out for 30 minutes or less every day for the last 10 months to achieve the results that I have which is losing 20 pounds 17 inches and going from a size 11 down to a 4/6, oh and totally kicking my depression and anxiety to the curb - its never showed up again. I dont pay for a monthly gym membership fee I dont have a personal trainer or nutritionist, most of you know my not so secret secrets. I work out at home with killer on purpose Beachbody fitness DVDs - every minute counts, every move counts, every movement and transition has a purpose to it, it is literally like having a personal trainer in your home with you every single day. If you want to make a change you got to get off that couch!!! Now its really important to show up and eat correctly and the correct portions, the right kinds of foods to help your body maximize and rev up your metabolism - its easy to learn and even easier to implement for those that are in my fitness groups when I show you how to implement Clean Eating into your daily life. I never really knew I had to eat so much food to maximize my bodys metabolism. So my motivation here for you today is to let you know that it only takes 30 minutes you guys and you committing to yourself and showing up every day!!!
