What is a warrior? It is not a skill set or profession neither does it require war. Not even once. It is a mindset. To be a warrior you need to fail, to be beaten, and fall flat on your face. To be cheated, kicked down, bleeding, and abandoned. A warrior bares his/her teeth, gets up, and jumps right into the fray again with violence of action. No thought, no hesitation, no excuses. Why would anyone do this? It is the key to happiness, fulfillment and peace. Life is a zero sum game, yes, but misery only requires inaction. We all have an allotted time in this life, how do you intend to spend it? Humanity instinctively is a warlike race. We require trials, tribulation, hardship and pain to grow stronger, faster and smarter. Im not talking about guns and death, Im talking about that math test, that work out, that job interview, and that promotion. Bad times come and go, sure its hard, but that is when you grow the most.
