What is so difficult with the GOP accepting the Affordable Care - TopicsExpress

What is so difficult with the GOP accepting the Affordable Care Act (it’s now the Law-deal with it) and spend time constructively fixing what is wrong with it one piece at a time? There is no chance in hell of the President or a Democrat-controlled Senate repealing the ACA (ObamaCare). Once a law is on the books it is almost impossible to remove it. GOP Fiscal Conservatives have an opportunity to fine-tune the law to make it more revenue neutral, affordable with tax subsidies (also called tax cuts) and everyone gets insured and we let the ACA work itself out. I do not like the ACA because it continues to limit competition and this prevents the possibility of lowering prices. Democrats have NO idea what is in the Bill as they never even read it. Conservatives can review, find the flaws, fix them, and make the ACA a workable law that everyone can live with. Isn’t that what compromise and leading is all about? Harry Reid, John Office of Speaker Boehner, Patty Murray, Maria Cantwell, Nancy Pelosi, Eric Cantor, Dick Durbin, Mitch McConnell, and the other "leaders" should look for fixes, not excuses.
