What is the Safe Community Partnership? The Safe Community Partnership is collaboration between The Holliston Police Department and its residents, businesses, schools and town departments to report suspicious persons and activity in a timely manner. This will allow for a prompt police response and will ultimately keep our community safe. When Holliston works together it is a force multiplier towards safety and security. “If you see something, say something” The Holliston Police has established a partnership with the Department of Homeland Security to promote the concept of timely reporting of suspicious activity. What you see may be related to terrorism, which creates a sense of urgency and the need to have public safety officials respond. The Holliston Police Department will be working with our community partners who call in suspicious vehicles, including license plates and descriptions (if safe to do so) as well as activities that just don’t look right, make you feel uncomfortable or appear criminal in nature. We would rather check on something and discover it to be innocent than overlook something that is in fact serious in nature. Our goal is awareness; of your neighborhood, work place, schools, recreation areas and our community. We look forward to working with you to make Holliston a safer place.
