What is your WHEN LIFE WORKS list? This is a simple list of 10-15 things that you do, when life works. It could be things like: Getting 8 hours sleep, drinking 2L water a day, eating whole foods, meditation, yoga, being in nature, swimming, running, playing guitar, playing sport, drawing, painting, writing, journalling, laughing, connecting with like minds, being with family, spending time with your dog/cat, learning a language - whatever it is. The idea is to create your list and keep it somewhere you can read everyday. If youre having a day thats not working - look at the list. Chances are you havent done many things that are on the list.
