What kind of moron dosnt know what down syndrome looks like. This is so sickening. Im not a doctor well your not a cop either jackass. If you take a job to help in your community be sure you know WHO is in your community. Instead im sure he took the job to see how much he could get away with behind a badge. Im getting more and more sick turning any type of technology on. Its always some sad story of someone doing wrong unto thier fellow man. My heart goes out to this family in hopes not only his face, but thier hearts will heal. When you cant trust those who you were taught to call growing up in an emergency who do you turn to?
