What led to frustration in Alekm Pharma among the workers ? (As alleged by the worker to VOS) 1. Company is blamed to have broken their promise. 2. Company tactfully lifted (arrested) 15 workers in broad day light from duty hour and picketed others from house by breaching law of state using govt machinery fully. 3. Suspension letters issued to 15 arrested worker by PI Rangpo 4. Company is playing divide and rule policy to bifurcate workers demands. 5. Company has not good intention for local workers.
